All parcels are tracked. We use recyclable, protective packaging.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and SEPA bank transfer. Gift cards issued by our store can also be redeemed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
US: 2–4 business days.
EU (other countries): 3–7 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping email with tracking once your order leaves our roastery/warehouse. Peak seasons and customs may add extra time.
Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers. Your personal data is handled under GDPR and our Privacy Policy, and you can request deletion at any time.
Order confirmation is emailed immediately.
We pack fresh tea and prepare your parcel (usually within 24h).
You’ll get a shipping notification with a tracking link.
If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with options (wait, swap, or refund).
Need to change address or items? Message us within 1 hour of placing the order and we’ll try to adjust it before dispatch.
Yes. A PDF invoice is emailed automatically when your order is confirmed and is also available in My Account → Orders. VAT details can be added at checkout; reply to the invoice email if you need any corrections.
